Ground transport and accommodation specialist CMAC Group has bolstered its new quality and training (Q&T) division by adding two staff to its managerial team.
Sinead Blackledge and Ryan Cooper will both report to Claire Groves, who has recently been appointed as CMAC’s head of Q&T.
Blackledge has previously worked as a course leader and business tutor at Hugh Baird College in the Merseyside area of the UK, while Cooper has been part of CMAC’s operations team for the past nine years.
Neil Micklethwaite, CMAC’s chief operating officer, said the new quality and training team would be “instrumental” in allowing the company to offer the “highest quality service and client satisfaction”.
“The new recruits demonstrate CMAC’s approach to building skills and expertise across the company,” added Micklethwaite.
“We want to have people in place whose thinking and practice is truly reflective of what is going on in the wider world at the same time as capitalising on the talent and experience we already have within the company.”
