The CMAC Group has appointed Matthew Ratcliffe as its new chief operating officer.
Ratcliffe joins the ground transport, accommodation and disruption management specialist to develop the customer experience, strengthen supply operations and accelerate international growth.
He has almost two decades of experience in the mobility and transportation sectors, including roles at Google, Addison Lee, Gett and Karhoo.
“As we continue to evolve and expand our services, Matthew’s leadership will be instrumental in driving strategic initiatives, scaling international growth and strengthening our market position,” said CMAC Group CEO Peter Slater.
In addition, Ashley Seed, who was named interim COO last summer, takes up the position of chief commercial officer.
